How to Cancel

To cancel your Painting of the Month Club membership, send an email to [email protected].

Make sure your subject line includes the word “Cancel” along with the name of your membership.
Example: Cancel Painting of the Month Club

Refunds

All memberships, tutorials, and digital products are non-refundable.
Annual memberships are a one-year commitment and cannot be refunded or prorated.

Cancellation Timeline

Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed.

If your request is sent over the weekend, it will be handled the following Monday during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm CET).

Cancellations made after a payment has already been processed will apply to the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access through the end of your current paid period.

Once your cancellation takes effect, access to your membership area and community will be removed at the end of your billing cycle.

There are no refunds once a payment has been charged.

Billing cycles are based on your last payment date.

(Example: If your payment was on July 20, access remains until August 20.)

Please Note

Cancellations must be made via email only.

Messages sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms will not be processed, as those channels are not monitored for support.
