Policies and Procedures

  • Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with your login details. This is how you'll access your class materials.
    If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folders before reaching out.

Membership Cancellations

  • To cancel your Painting of the Month Club membership, please email: [email protected]

  • Use the subject line:
    Cancel Painting of the Month Club

  • Please allow at least 48 hours before your next billing date for the cancellation to be processed.
    If your email is received on a weekend, we’ll respond the following Monday (business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm CET).

  • If your payment has already been processed, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
    There are no refunds on payments once charged.

  • Billing runs from the date of your most recent payment.
    (For example: If your last payment was July 20, your membership remains active through August 20.)

Refund Policy

All purchases, including tutorials, memberships, and digital downloads are non-refundable.
Annual membership purchases are considered a one-year commitment and are not prorated or refundable.

Customer Support

Please do not message us through Instagram or Facebook to request support or cancellations.
We cannot guarantee responses on social media.

Design Usage & Copyright

All designs and instructional content are the intellectual property of Arte Bar Online and may not be reproduced, taught, or distributed in any form, online or offline, without prior permission.

  • You may not re-teach, record, or distribute any lessons or design content.

  • These lessons are for personal use only, not for use in hosting paint parties or workshops.

  • If you violate this policy, your access will be revoked with no refund.

  • You are welcome to sell your own finished artwork created from our lessons, either locally or online. We love seeing your work out in the world!

Community Guidelines

By joining Arte Bar Online, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive in the member space

  • Keep all feedback kind, constructive, and encouraging

  • Avoid sharing or copying other members’ artwork without permission

  • Remember that art is a process, have fun and don’t be too hard on yourself

Order Issues (Physical Products)

If you have any issues with a physical product, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
If it’s an error on our part, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Digital Products

All digital products (videos, PDFs, downloads, etc.) are non-refundable.
